Camping in COd 4 is only a problem in Hardcore game modes.
No Killcam, no radar apart from UAV and even then, the majority of people use UAV jammer.

I think that its too difficult to compare both these games. They are completly different styles of FPS. A game like Rainbow Six, you can compare COD too, but not Halo.
COD's matchmaking system is pretty naff, its doesn't take into account levels, so a beginner to the game can face of against a level 55 10th prestige.

They make good points. I'm suprised i actually did play the original Gears for so long. I played player matches only, so i got no achievements for it. The 4 game modes were effectively 3 as i never played the one where you had to kill the leader of the opposite team. The maps wern't all that great, and the glitches were annoying as hell.
But there was some satisfying experience to blowing someones head of. Sadistic but satisfying.
I doubt hes dumb seeing as hes making a valid point. One of the main features of Burnout Paradise is the online, as the SP can soon get boring. So it should be compared to other MP games, and SP games like AC should be compared to other SP games.

So getting an 8 or 8.5 is bad? Games like Assasins Creed, Guitar Hero 3, PGR 4, DMC 4 all got between 8 and 8.5 ratings. I think the reason we see the guy fighting Storm Troopers is because he switches sides through the game, deciding that what hes doing is wrong etc.
